The Challenges:

Being a new office that had just opened in an affluent section of a major metropolitan area, ProDental faced very stiff competition from a score of highly established practices nearby. They needed to quickly make their presence known and gain market share by rapidly developing a large, desirable patient base. In order to accomplish this, they needed to establish a super high quality image to win patient trust before they could realize the growth they were after.






Our Solutions:

First, our highly experienced creative professionals at Get Quality Patients designed a complete Corporate ID System to signify the high quality dental care and family focus that the practice philosophy was based on. This system was incorporated into the company stationary as well as all the marketing communication programs we implemented. These included a direct mail campaign announcing the grand opening of the practice and targeting new movers coming into the area. We also placed attractive display ads in local sports centers, movie theater complexes, the local newspaper, magazine publications and the yellow pages.

We also designed and printed colorful flyers for distribution in the local neighborhoods as well as insertion in the local chamber of commerce monthly newsletter. We then put together a personalized marketing program targeting large companies in the area to expose them to the clinic services. Finally, we implemented a patient education program that worked hand-in-hand with the primary external marketing campaign to reinforce their overall message of personalized, quality dental care for the entire family.

The Results:

ProDental received a tremendous level of exposure in the area capturing the attention of the general public as well as its competitors.
